Order Fulfillment & Shipping
At Shirtspedia, every product is made-to-order, ensuring that each shirt is crafted with care and attention to detail. In most cases, we process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed the following business day.

After your order is fulfilled, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a tracking link to keep you updated on your parcel’s journey. Please be aware that it may take some time for tracking information to update.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Contiguous United States: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: 7-15 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur, particularly during peak seasons or holidays. You may also incur customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are separate from our shipping rates.

Responsibility for Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. However, we cannot provide free replacements for items lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please double-check your order details before submitting payment.


Refund & Return Policy

At Shirtspedia, we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee our workmanship 100%, and if there is a defect or error on our part, we will provide a free replacement. However, returns are generally not accepted for user errors, such as choosing the wrong size, style, or color.

30-Day Return Warranty:
If you’re not satisfied with the items you’ve received, we’re here to help! You can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance. Returns are eligible if the item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

Return Eligibility:
You may return items if any of the following applies:

  • The printed image is unclear.
  • The printed image is misaligned.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong size, color, or style was sent.

To begin a return, please contact us via email with photos of the issue and your order number. Once verified, we will process a refund or exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable):
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you received a product with defects, poor print quality, or a wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us at cs.shirtspedia@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll review your request. Approved returns will receive either a replacement or refund.

Refund Request Window:
To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of receiving your product, and no later than 30 days from purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at cs.shirtspedia@gmail.com. Refunds processed through PayPal should appear immediately, while credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle (3-4 weeks).


Discounted Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable):
If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer a free replacement or refund. Contact us with detailed photos, and we’ll ensure your satisfaction.


Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:
If your return is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping for replacements. However, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless there’s an error on our part.
